The student is enrolled upon the course once the application form has been returned to and received by Savills (firstname.lastname@example.org) and FULL payment has been made via the website payment method (during the secure Checkout process). The ticking of the tick box as part of the booking process by the student implicates acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
The student is enrolled upon the course once the application form has been returned to and received by Savills (email@example.com) and a 50% deposit has been received (Note: Online bookings require FULL/100% upfront payment). The balance of the course must be paid no later than 1 week prior to the commencement of the course. Payment is requested to be via bank transfer (as detailed on the invoice sent to you after the completed application form has been received). The signing of the application form by the student implicates acceptance of the terms and conditions.
Course fees do not include travel, accommodation, meals etc.
You will be provided with a list of the tool kit that you will need to bring with you to use whilst on your course. The purchase and sourcing of this kit is the student’s responsibility.
Students are required to attend all dates of their course, if students fail to attend any part of their course for any reason Savills will not offer refunds. Course times are from 11am to 5pm each day, unless you are notified otherwise. It is essential that you are punctual and attend all of your course dates, if you fail to attend certain dates or are late, we will not offer any alternative dates or provide ‘catch up’ sessions. If you do find yourself in circumstances that may affect your attendance for any reason, it is essential that you inform the course tutor at the earliest available opportunity.
All cancellations must be in writing. In the unfortunate event of you not being able to attend your pre-booked course you must inform us in writing (email or signed for letter) as soon as possible. Deposits are not refundable, and Savills reserves the right to charge up to 100% of the course fee. Depending upon the circumstances, a discretionary decision may be made to allow the student to attend another course at a later stage.
Savills reserves the right to cancel a course in the event of a shortage of participants, sickness or any other unforeseen circumstance. Should Savills be forced to cancel the course, as much notice as possible will be given to students and an alternative date will be offered.
Students will practice on models secured by Savills and who are attracted to the opportunity by the strong reputation of Savills. It is therefore expected that students maintain a high standard of personal presentation at all times and demonstrate an exceptional level of customer service towards their models. Savills cannot be held responsible in the event of models not keeping appointments or cancelling due to personal issues or adverse weather conditions (e.g. snow). However, in the event of this happening, Savills will attempt to replace models wherever and whenever possible to ensure the continuity of training.
You are responsible for the maintenance of your work area, which must be kept in a clean and tidy manner. Any misuse of equipment or lack of care resulting in damage to Savills property or equipment will be charged to you accordingly.
Theft, rudeness, disruption of the course or failure to uphold standards will not be tolerated and will result in immediate termination of this and future courses. If this is the case, no refund will be given.
Students should not remove any property from Savills without prior consent.
Any personal belongings at the premises are left at the student’s own risk. Savills accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage. Savills reserves the right to change course, dates, examination dates course content and fees without any prior notice.
If a student fails to meet the standards expected upon the completion of the course, Savills reserves the right to withhold the accompanying certificate or diploma. Any further training that may be required by the student in order to attain the required standard will attract further tuition fees at the discretion of the course tutor.
All terms and conditions are accepted by students up on booking any courses
No applicant or student receives less favourable treatment on grounds sex, age, race, colour, nationality, ethnic, or national origins, disability, polictical or religious belief.
Savills reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. If this occurs, the new Ts & Cs will be published on savillsbarbers.com at the earliest opportunity and will apply to the next enrolled course.
