Important: If you are purchasing goods and/or booking a place on one of our Academy Courses online, you MUST read & accept the relevant Terms and Conditions in order to complete your order.
- Orders shipped to domestic (UK) addresses are shipped by the Royal Mail, using their 2nd Class “Signed For” service. You will need to sign for your package when it arrives.
- International (non-UK) orders are also shipped by the Royal Mail, using their “International Signed For” service. All such packages are insured.
- At our discretion, we may ship your order in multiple packages/as a split shipment (for example: If you order multiple items and they are best packaged and shipped separately. Such additional packages will be shipped at no additional cost to you, the customer.
Returns & Refunds Policy
We take great care to ensure that the goods sent out to you are of a high quality and are thoroughly checked prior to dispatch. However, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase please return it to the address on our contact page within 14 days and provided it arrives back in one piece and with the (product) wrapping intact, we will be happy to arrange a replacement or refund.
You must notify us of your intention to return a product prior to you sending it to us. Shipping damages MUST be notified prior to return. You can phone or email us using the details on the contact page.
Natural blemishes, scars and marks on leather do not count as a defect. They add to the character and uniqueness of the goods. Waxed canvas material will also sometimes temporarily mark along fold lines etc. in transit due to the nature of the wax on the fabric. A gentle wipe down with a damp cloth will normally correct this.
