These terms will apply to any contract for the sale of goods and services to you. Please read them and make sure that you understand them, before purchasing anything from our website. Before placing an order you will be asked to agree to these Terms. If you refuse to accept these Terms, you will not be able to order any Products from our website. We amend these Terms from time to time as set out in clause 12. Every time you wish to order goods, please check these terms to ensure you understand the terms that will apply at that time. These terms, and any contract between us, are only in the English language.

This website is owned by Savills Retail Ltd. and we take a proactive approach to user privacy and ensure the necessary steps are taken to protect the privacy of its users throughout their visiting experience. This website complies to all UK national laws and requirements for user privacy.

8. Product & Pricing information
All images of our products that are on this website are for illustrative purposes only and as many of our products are handmade there may be some slight variation from that shown on the images. We make all attempts to show the products in professional photographs in order to display the colours and other details accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your own computer will display an accurate image of colours and textures.
If we are unable to supply you with a product or book you onto an academy course as a result of it being out of stock or no longer being available (due to an error on our site) we will inform you of this via email and not process your order. Unless you choose to substitute your item/course for another, we will refund you as soon as possible.
We make every effort to ensure that the goods and academy courses on our website are correctly priced, however despite this there could be an error whereby an incorrect price is displayed. If this occurs, we will contact you and give you the option of continuing to purchase at the correct price or to cancel the order. If we are unable to contact you within 48 hours we will cancel the order and notify you in writing.
9. Right to Cancel
All customers have the right to cancel their orders under the The Distance Selling Regulations. This gives consumers extra protection when buying online. Specific legislation here that applies is regulation 8 of The Distance Selling Regulations.
You have the right to cancel the purchase of a good without having to give a reason at any time within the “cooling off period” of seven working days, beginning on the day after you receive the goods. To cancel a contract, please contact us in writing via email or letter.
If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. You must send the goods back to us in their original packaging to our contact address at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible once you have cancelled the contract.
We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense.
Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the contract, any sum debited to us for the cost of the goods will be refunded to you as soon as we have received the goods and within 30 days of your cancellation.
You will not have any right to cancel a purchase for the supply of any of the following goods:
- for the supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised or which by reason of their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
- for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software if they are unsealed by you;
We take great care to ensure that the goods sent out to you are of a high quality and are thoroughly checked prior to dispatch. However, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase please return it to the address on our contact page within 14 days and provided it arrives back in one piece and with the (product) wrapping intact we will be happy to arrange a replacement or refund.
You must notify us of your intention to return a product prior to you sending it to us. Shipping damages MUST be notified prior to return .You can phone or email us using the details on the contact page.
Natural blemishes, scars and marks on leather do not count as a defect. They add to the character and uniqueness of the goods. Waxed canvas material will also sometimes temporarily mark along fold lines etc. in transit due to the nature of the wax on the fabric. A gentle wipe down with a damp cloth will normally correct this.
All notices you send to us must be sent to the contact details on this site. We may give notice to you at either the email or postal address you provide to us when making a purchase. In providing the serving of any notice, it will be sufficient to prove, in the case of a letter, that the letter was properly addressed, stamped and placed in the post and, in the case of an email that the email was sent to the specified email address of the addressee.

13. Gift Cards
Gift Cards can be purchased online in values of £30 and £60.
Gift cards are not accepted for payments in relation to purchases made on our website. Gift cards are only redeemable in person within Savills Barbers for payment of services and/or products. They have an expiry of 12 months from date of purchase. This and other terms and conditions are detailed on the back of the gift card.
Gift cards will be sent out via the ‘first class signed for’ service via The Royal Mail and dispatched within 2 days of the receipt of your order.
Your goods will be delivered within the estimated timescales outlined within our delivery details and are dispatched within 2 days of the receipt of your order. Delivery will be completed once the items are delivered to the address that you have given us, after which they will be your responsibility and under your ownership.
15. Right to Vary Terms
We reserve the right to revise these terms from time to time as and when necessary. When you place an order with us the terms that are in force at that time will be those relevant to the specific transaction between you and Savills Retail Ltd.
These terms are governed by English law. Any contract for the purchase of goods from this site and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with any such contract will be governed by English law. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction. However, if you are a resident in Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are a resident in Scotland you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
