The Savills Method: Intermediate Barber Specialist - 2 Days

The Savills Method Specialist Course is for those barbers who possess the foundation skills of barbering and who are keen to develop these further to an intermediate level. Suitable for college leavers, apprentices, hairdressers wanting to transition to barbering and others learners with some basic barbering experience. As we endeavour to maximise the opportunity to cut hair on live models, it is essential that you are able to complete a full service in the allotted 90 minute time frame per customer (generally a minimum of 9 months experience). Over the course of 3 days you will develop your clipper and guard work and scissor over comb skills alongside vital accompanying knowledge such as health and hygiene, the importance of the client consultation, understating different hair types as well as product and retail sales skills. Working within a busy barbershop environment you will gain a real insight into the dynamics of a successful barbering environment and rub shoulders with those who have a real passion for sharing their knowledge. The two days will fly by, leaving you with renewed knowledge and confidence that can only be gained from the small intimate and personalised educational environment that is offered at Savills Academy.
